As the strategic nonprofit partner of Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS), our mission is to ensure every student graduates with the necessary tools, support, and confidence to achieve their dreams. We achieve this by mobilizing community volunteers, employers, funders, and partners. Our programs, like Step Up Mock Interviews, work together to bridge the gap and ensure all students are truly career and college ready.
