The Little Havana Activities and Nutrition Centers of Dade County, Inc. (LHANC) is a dedicated community non-profit providing essential in-home and social services for the elderly in South Florida.

Founded in 1972, LHANC has grown into one of the largest providers of services to socially isolated and economically disadvantaged seniors in the area. Serving over 11,000 individuals annually, the organization has served 81,000 since its inception.

LHANC identifies needs and secures funding to deliver comprehensive social, nutrition, and health services. This allows low-income, frail, and isolated seniors to safely remain at home, avoiding early institutionalization. LHANC is committed to ensuring quality care for its participants.
