The Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board has proudly served the community since 1971, providing adult comprehensive outpatient services, addiction recovery treatment, and positive behavioral outcomes.

In response to the COVID-19 situation, the leadership team has established an internal committee to develop precautionary measures and guidance, ensuring the well-being of staff and the community. We remain committed to serving individuals in crisis and priority populations.
