The ICD Institute for Career Development is a NYC not-for-profit workforce development organization that has been dedicated to transforming lives through career development and employment for 100 years. As a leader in vocational rehabilitation since 1917, ICD specializes in helping New Yorkers with employment barriers achieve economic independence.

We provide comprehensive career planning, evaluation, and career school programs. Our counselors guide individuals—including people with disabilities and youth in transition—to determine the right path for finding jobs utilizing current skills or gaining new training. ICD empowers our community through workforce development and advocacy.
