Home Start provides business setup solutions, helping you get paid and process orders. Beyond this, we are dedicated to serving the community through Community Outreach for Older People NESA, a non-profit helping homebound elderly in northeast San Antonio since 1984.

We address the growing challenge of seniors lacking transportation by offering free, personalized ride services. Our unique approach ensures clients receive care that goes beyond a simple drop-off; our volunteers stay with seniors to ensure they can access essential services, live independently, and find peace of mind.

We rely on community support: volunteers can offer time weekly or monthly, and mileage is reimbursed. Join us in helping those who have become invisible to society.
