POIC + RAHS is a minority-led nonprofit organization providing the highest quality education, mentoring, family outreach, and employment training in Portland. We are deeply committed to the success of underserved youth and adults by removing barriers to opportunity.

Through the Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center and Rosemary Anderson High School, we offer paid job training, career coaching, internships, and pre-apprenticeship programs, helping trainees become job-ready or transition to college. RAHS focuses on providing whole-life support and responsive teaching to ensure educational success. We empower a diverse and inclusive workforce through high-quality services and community engagement.
